Elephant Digital Printing Manufacturing Co., Ltd., engaged in digital printing and heat transfer printing, is a professional manufacturer of microfiber heat transfer printing products. With our outstanding engineers who have good experience in heat transfer printing, a quality control and management system have been established. Orders could be processed efficiently and in a high quality.There are two main production ways: digital printing and heat transfer printing.
Digital Printing:
We have imported 6 digital printing machines from Japan. The monthly production capacity has reached more than ten thousands square meters. Imported ink is used in all production, which has passed SGS detection and absolutely conforms to the international environmental protection standard. Digital printing fits to produce samples or process small production orders. Advantages: no mold needs to be made; the minimum printing is 1 meter; lower sample fee; short time sample production (1-2days). Design and color could be adjusted directly in the computer. Convenient pattern changed, unrestricted color, precise printing, bright color, light fastness and washable. This technology solves many problems on the field of costumes and artworks. For example, fashion cycles gets shorter, pattern change faster, personalized requirement gets more, and order batch gets smaller, quality requirements get higher. Compared with traditional printing, its environmental, short term production and high quality gradually have become the development trend of modern printing.
Heat transfer printing:
There are 3 heat transfer printing production lines. The width of printing paper is: 160cm, 180cm, 210cm. The monthly production capacity of heat transfer printing paper is more than 100,000 meters. Heat transfer printing also has many advantages, like light fastness, washable, color fastness. Compared with digital printing, heat transfer printing is mainly suitable for simple pattern, simple color and large batch production order. All printing raw material is imported and enco-friendly, which have passed the authoritative organization detection. The color fastness could be 4 level above.
